Located in the heart of Double Bay, Gaden House is a modernist masterpiece and beloved local icon. Working with architects Lawton Hurley, Fortis as set about restoring this gem to its former glory while bringing ultra-contemporary new levels of amenity.
Large Arts collaborated closely with project team at the planning stage to visualise the vision for this sensitive site. Once approved, renders were developed for the leasing campaign that took into account the planning conditions.
