Nestled in the heart of a glittering eastern suburbs harbour village, Constantia is Large Arts' second collaboration with Charas Constructions. These twelve exclusive residences offer expansive interiors, a secluded rooftop terrace and private swimming pools attached to ground floor apartments.
Imbued with MHNDU's iconic design language, the external renders showcase the built form in warm, natural tones that enhance the appearance of sympathy to the street context. Bespoke furnishings were developed for the interiors in collaboration with Lawless & Meyerson, reflecting the clean luxury of the design while hinting at the possibilities of the buyers lifestyle.
