Large Arts was commissioned to produce the first visual representation of this area of this urban renewal project of national significance. Developed prior to the masterplan being finalised, these visioning renders were required to show the public an aspirational possibility that was highly indicative yet sufficiently accurate to avoid creating a false impression.
Working with a large and diverse project team, Large Arts was required to develop imagery for multiple precincts with only very early-stage planing information. The renders were developed by shortlisting a selection of exemplar architecture typologies, then adapting these to suit the contextual requirements of each location. The final outcome required in-depth architectural and urban planning thought to develop a set of images that satisfied all stakeholders and represented the vision for the project .
