Our second collaboration with Milieu Property , Large Arts was commissioned to produce a set of renders for Hertford St - five ‘unique homes is discreetly located within Fitzroy’s Golden Triangle’. With the purpose of combining with a series of evocative watercolour illustrations of the project, the 3D renders were key to showing buyers a concrete representation of the space, while aligning with both the project’s identity and Milieu Property’s overarching brand.

Working alongside award-winning practice DesignOffice , LARGE ARTS produced an architectural render of the building’s exterior that places it firmly in Melbourne’s inner north. A soft, late-afternoon light creates subtle play of light and shade on the facade and surrounds, while bringing out details on the timber facade.

The same natural light streams through the facade into the interior, creating subtle patterns and contrast. Great care was also taken with the materials to bring a restrained sense of tangibility and depth to the scene, with the aim of representing our collaborators’ commitment to ‘making timeless spaces with humanity at their core.
