Habitat Abbotsford by  Tripet  is a place designed for mindful living, designed for local owner-occupiers seeking community-focused, sustainable living.  This approach informed the creation of warm, friendly spaces with lots of greenery and easily recognisable local cues.
       
     
 Working with creative agency  Local Peoples , Large Arts produced responded to the seven key threads running through the campaign.    Be Open  Breathe Deeply  Eat Local  Make Friends  Feel Refreshed  Travel Often  Think Smart
       
     
  Common area renders needed to be airy and spacious, with the communal terrace and city views being a particularly important selling point for the project. View angles for the courtyard and entrance spaces were carefully selected and bathed in light and greenery, balancing the more solid elements of the design by  ITN Architects .
       
     
  Interior renders were produced with golden lighting and natural colour tones, giving each space a warm and homely feel, right down to the roast in the oven. Visual cues (including local designer’s products, ethically produced handwash and a fixed gear Cinelli bicycle) were created specifically for this project aiming to resonate with the local buyers.
